On 19 March, Senior Consultant/Principal Elena Bonnet will speak at an IFA French-speaking WIN network conference dedicated to the latest trends and issues in transfer pricing applied to intra-group financial transactions. Representatives from France, Belgium, Switzerland, and Luxembourg will share experiences with main stakeholders, group tax managers, tax administrations, OECD representatives, in-house experts, and advisors. Ms. Bonnet will share her experience on intra-group guarantees by exploring the main risks and providing some practical considerations.
