Senior Consultant Zoe Pangalos explains how she leverages competitive bidding processes both for NERA’s clients and in her personal life in an article published on LinkedIn. Ms. Pangalos specializes in procurement negotiations and recent projects have focused on helping clients respond to inflation-driven negotiation challenges.

In the article, Ms. Pangalos discusses how some suppliers have taken advantage of supply chain disruptions to “price gouge” procurement and gain the upper hand in their negotiations.  She offers insights on how procurement can leverage competitive negotiation methods, such as auctions, to incentivize suppliers to submit better pricing and avoid supplier collusion.
