The Competition Law and Policy Institute of New Zealand held this annual workshop in Auckland on 3-4 August 2012. On the first day of the workshop, NERA Director James Mellsop served as a Commentator on a paper titled "Competition Policy and Digital Platforms," presented by Professor Howard Shelanski, Director of the US Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Economics and Professor of Law (on leave) at Georgetown University.
