There are numerous trade, contract, or antitrust disputes which need to estimate the lost profits for damages.  This NERA seminar, presented by Dr. Hiroaki Ishigaki, explains the methodology of lost-profit sales and the issues in light of relevant past cases. Specifically, Dr. Ishigaki will review the damage estimation issues of Takano Foods (2006), Kume Quality (2006), Nipro (2006), and Yusen Broad Network (2010) in Japan.
