Dr. Anne E. Smith will be chairing two sessions at the Seventh Annual Conference and Meeting of the Society for Benefit-Cost Analysis:

• Friday, 20 March: “Electricity Sector Optimization”
• Friday, 20 March: “Cost-Effective Air Quality Strategies”

Dr. Smith will also be a panelist on the “Decision Tools for Analyzing Uncertain Futures” session on Thursday, 19 March. Fellow session panelists include (from The George Washington University) Susan Dudley, Chris Carrigan, Peter Linquiti, and Brian Mannix. Joining them will be Tony Cox from Cox Associates as well as Heidi King of GE Capital.

On 20 March, NERA’s Scott Bloomberg will be delivering a presentation at the same event titled, “Implications of Technology Availability on Clean Power Plan Compliance Costs” as part of a session on Electricity Sector Optimization.
