Workshop „Country-by-Country Reporting: Die neuen Dokumentationsvorschriften in der Anwendung"
Dieser Workshop leistet aktive und problemorientierte Hilfestellung bei der Umsetzung des C-by-C Reportings unter Aktionspunkt 13 des BEPS-Maßnahmenpakets. Neben konkreten Übungen führen NERA Principal Philip de Homont und Consultant Tom Braukmann, sowie Dr. Martin Lagarden, Head of Global Transfer Pricing, Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, Düsseldorf, in vier Schritten durch die komplexen Anforderungen zur Erfüllung der Mitwirkungspflicht. Des Weiteren werden Fallbeispiele erörtert. Abschließend erfolgt die Evaluation diverser Herausforderungen mit Lösungsvorschlägen.

This workshop provides active and problem-oriented support for the implementation of the country-by-country reporting under the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) action package. NERA Principal Philip de Homont and Consultant Tom Braukmann will join Dr. Martin Lagarden, Head of Global Transfer Pricing, Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, Düsseldorf, in guiding attendees, in four steps, through the complex requirements for fulfilling the obligation to co-operate. They will also provide practical exercises, discuss case studies, and evaluate various challenges and propose solutions.
