NERA Director Julie M. Carey participated in the Association of Oil Pipe Lines’ (AOPL) Annual Business Conference on 19-22 September 2017. The conference provided an opportunity to network with liquids pipeline industry executives and employees who work on accounting, tariff, legal, FERC, FERC compliance, and business development matters. Ms. Carey presentation was entitled, "Crude Oil and Transportation Market and Regulatory Developments."
