NERA Associate Director Dr. Subbu Ramanarayanan will participate in a panel examining the FTC’s recent hospital merger enforcement efforts at the 65th American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law Spring Meeting. Dr. Ramanarayanan and his co-panelists will discuss the key lessons drawn from the Federal Trade Commission's challenges to three recent proposed hospital mergers in Chicago, IL, Harrisburg, PA, and Huntington, WV, and what these cases imply for future enforcement in this sphere.
