NERA is proud to sponsor the Railtech Track Access Charges Summit 2018 taking place in Amsterdam on the 4^th and 5^th of April. The conference will discuss a range of topics that are central to ensuring competitive and efficient infrastructure pricing including legal and regulatory aspects of access charging, marginal cost estimation, mark-up design and estimation of demand elasticities, the interplay between user and public funding and incentive design.
