NERA Managing Director Dr. Hiroaki Ishigaki participated in a seminar titled “An Exploration of Risks Faced by Japanese Infrastructure Investors.” Hosted by Marsh & McLennan Companies and the Global Infrastructure Investor Association, the seminar explored the risks of long-term infrastructure investments and mitigation strategies for investors to succeed in them. Dr. Ishigaki led a session on infrastructure investment disputes and the role of economics.
