Managing Director Sarah Butler spoke at the 2019 National Advertising Division Annual Conference. She presented in the session titled “Consumer Perception Survey Design Safeguards & Pitfalls.” Ms. Butler has over 20 years of experience designing and conducting surveys and statistical research across a variety of industries. During the session, Ms. Butler and Martin Zwerling, Deputy Director of NAD, examined recent NAD cases in which surveys were rejected. Audience members left the session with best practices to ensure surveys are admissible, relevant, and actionable.
