Director Dr. David Blackburn and Senior Consultant Dr. Rasmus Jørgensen will present on key issues in US and European biosimilars law and regulation in a webinar titled “The Economics of Biosimilars: Market Access, Pricing and Legal Considerations.” Dr. Blackburn and Dr. Jørgensen will discuss key similarities and differences in the pricing of and market access to biosimilar and biologic drugs. They will also give a brief update on key biosimilar decisions, legislation, and events from 2019, and what to expect in 2020.

Dr. Blackburn and Dr. Jørgensen will present with Ms. Heather Schneider, Partner at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, and Matt Royle, Partner at Taylor Wessing, who will discuss key legal aspects of biosimilar regulation that may be affecting pricing and market access.
