NERA Associate Director Philip de Homont and Principal Tom Braukmann will present at the seminar “Transfer Pricing: The Planning and Construction of a Transfer Pricing System” in Cologne on 14 May 2019. The seminar will give step-by-step instruction on calculating and implementing a compensation system for intangible property, focusing on both the tax perspective and the controlling perspective.

Mr. de Homont and Mr. Braukmann will outline the changes and impact of OECD-BEPS on the valuation of intangibles and the structuring of licensing systems.
