On December 3 at 2:00 pm EST, NERA Managing Director Dr. Jeffrey A. Eisenach will participate on the panel “What to Expect in the Biden Presidential Term” at PLI’s 38th Annual Institute on Telecommunications Policy & Regulation. The program will address critical trends and the latest developments in telecommunications, including wireless, wireline telecommunications, broadband internet, privacy and cybersecurity issues, and legislative updates. Dr. Eisenach will join Kathleen Q. Abernathy, Board Member for Dish Network, Somos, ISO New England, and Crittenton Services of Greater Washington; Blair Levin, nonresident senior fellow with the Metropolitan Policy Program at Brookings; and Melissa Newman, Vice President of Government Affairs at the Telecommunications Industry Association, who will moderate the panel. Their discussion will explore the future of the tech and communications sector in the coming four years, what makes this Biden term unique from years past, and insights from veterans of past transition teams.
