NERA Managing Director Richard Marsden will take part in the panel titled “Spectrum Allocation Mechanisms That Generate Competition Advantages for Users” on 11 November 2020. In this virtual session, the panelists will discuss access to new technologies and their effects in the commonly used allocation mechanism to promote an efficient use of spectrum, how regulation should change to implement these technologies, and the effects of the use of 5G in countries like Mexico.

The discussion will be part of the Forum on Challenges on Competition in the Digital Environment, a virtual conference held on 4, 11, and 18 November 2020, and organized by the Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFT).
