NERA Managing Director Richard Marsden led a virtual discussion following a session titled “The Impact of COVID-19 on Spectrum Awards and Valuation.” The session was part of a series of virtual debates hosted by Forum Europe and explored how the current lockdown is placing pressure on communications networks, as well as serving to highlight the critical importance of connectivity for business continuity, communicating key messages to citizens, and maintaining family connections. Mr. Marsden offered analysis and key takeaways from the panel and facilitated discussion among attendees.
