Associate Director Dr. Will Taylor will participate in the Competition Law & Policy Institute of New Zealand’s 2021 Workshop, speaking at the session “Economic Regulation of Water” on 6 August at 1:25 pm NZDT. Dr. Taylor and other panelists will discuss the planned merger of water utilities and whether there are unique issues in the regulation design for water compared with other regulated sectors.
