NERA Associate Director Dr. Will Taylor will speak on a virtual panel titled “Autonomous Vehicles—An Economics and Regulatory Perspective,” joining David Hadley, Principal Advisor at New Zealand’s Ministry of Transport. The panel will examine the intersection of law and regulation with the “transport revolution” and the proliferation of autonomous vehicles (AVs).

Dr. Taylor will discuss a range of topics, including:

• The economics of AVs;
• The impacts of AVs on existing business models; and
• Planning for infrastructure to support AVs.
