On 9 August, Associate Director Adrien Cervera-Jackson will present on the use of economics to analyse competitive effects in abuse of dominance cases under Article 102 at the EU Competition Law Summer School.
Mr. Cervera-Jackson’s presentation has two parts. The first will be a presentation on crucial economic considerations in Article 102 cases and the second will be a mock trial hearing on Article 102 issues and potential practical challenges that may arise during such cases.
