Dr. Subbu Ramanarayanan will speak at the New York State Bar Association Antitrust Law Section “Recent Developments in Merger Enforcement” virtual panel. Dr. Ramanarayanan will join Jay L. Himes from the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York and Rishi P. Chhatwal of AT&T, Inc., to discuss the US federal antitrust authorities’ recently announced initiatives to strengthen merger enforcement and explore the modernization of the merger guidelines.
