On 14 June, NERA Managing Director Kurt Strunk will speak at Energy Bar Association’s 2023 Northeast Chapter Annual Meeting in a session titled “Financing the Energy Transition.” The energy transition is a great opportunity for a clean energy future but has created challenges regarding the cost of the transition and how it will be financed.

Mr. Strunk will be joined by Skyline Renewables LLC Managing Director Vikram Bakshi, Paul Hastings LLP Associate Claire Melvin, US Department of Energy Deputy Chief Counsel Martin Toulouse, and New York State Energy Research and Development Authority Senior Counsel Alex Stein. The panel will explore strategies to support the energy transition including transmission infrastructure, renewable energy generation, and energy storage.
