On 30 March, Dr. Subbu Ramanarayanan will participate in a mock trial at the ABA Spring Antitrust Meeting. Dr. Ramanarayanan will join other antitrust experts, including William Katz, Holland and Knight; Hon. James Donato; Veronica Moye, Gibson Dun, Anna Pletcher, O’Melveny & Myers; James Weingarten, FTC, and others in the exercise in which two teams will tackle some of the challenging fact issues raised in recent cases.
