On Friday, 3 February Director Fernando Jiménez Latorre will join other panelists in a discussion about recent developments in Spanish and EU competition law at seminar hosted by the Instituto de  Estudios Bursátiles de Madrid. Discussants will analyze some of the latest developments in EU and Spanish competition law, looking at recent case law and exploring emerging issues such as the role of confidential information in public and private enforcement.
