On 28 April, NERA Director Fernando Jiménez Latorre will speak at the Madrid Competition Litigation Seminar, which provides a unique opportunity for professionals to discuss the private enforcement of competition law with practitioners, judges, regulatory officials, academics, and other experts.

The seminar brings together leading stakeholders from Spain and the EU, including over 20 specialist judges, to discuss the current state of the law and practice, evaluate national procedural developments within the framework of EU law, and analyze the most relevant current and future cases. The event, in its fourth edition, is sponsored by NERA. Attendance is by invitation only, places are limited, and Chatham House Rules will apply.
