NERA Associate Director Dr. C.-Philipp Heller coauthored an article titled “Appointments for Vaccinations—Restoring Fairness and Avoiding Black Markets,” published on the website of the Berlin Social Science Center.

The article addresses how to allocate appointments for vaccinations with online booking systems, with the end goal of restoring fairness and avoiding the inadvertent creation of black markets and scalping.
