Submitting Reports Analyzing Integrated Hospital System Acquisition

NERA submitted reports analyzing a merger of insurers, hospitals, and physicians to the FTC. We found the merger had no horizontal or vertical competitive concerns, would foster competition between rivals, and helped preserve operations that might have been otherwise closed.
