Providing Analysis During DOJ Investigation of Aetna/Humana Insurance Merger

During the investigation of the Aetna/Humana health insurance merger, a team from NERA provided analysis and submissions to the US Department of Justice (DOJ) and state agencies. We also provided advice during the DOJ's subsequent challenge of the merger.
