Providing Bid Strategy Advice in German Spectrum Auction

NERA advised a mobile operator participating in the German auction for 2100 and 3500 MHz. Our work included competitor analysis, mock auctions, bid tools, drafting the playbook, and on-site support. NERA previously supported the bidder in a 2015 auction.
