Damages Estimate Adopted in State and Federal WARN Act Matter

During a consolidated case involving Hawaii Island Air’s shutdown and bankruptcy, NERA calculated damages brought by two of Island Air’s unions under Hawaii’s Dislocated Workers Act and the federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act. The court adopted our expert’s calculation.
