Mr. Lannan provides expert analysis for confidential proceedings and clients, offering market analysis to value network assets and cost of competitive entry as well as determine the cost of freight service under unique economic and logistical circumstances. In his work for several class-1 railroads, Mr. Lannan analyzed the network effects of a rail merger, evaluated the cost and opportunities of freight interchange agreements, and forecasted the business consequences of changing network configurations and asset owners.

Mr. Lannan has experience supporting depositions, cross-examinations, and post-hearing arguments. The confidential proceedings have helped legal counsel and testifying experts craft messaging and martial evidence to support expert arguments.
