Mr. Ralph Meghames is an economist in NERA’s Transfer Pricing, Intellectual Property, and Valuation Practices, based in Paris. Mr. Meghames’ work spans a wide range of industries for which he provides assistance in the context of advisory, compliance, dispute and pre-litigation services. He has extensive experience designing and implementing complex systems and models driving the allocation of profits at multinational companies.  

Mr. Meghames leads projects involving assets and company valuation; transaction pricing for products and services; intellectual property mapping; and analysis and pricing of loans and financial instruments. Prior to joining NERA, Mr. Meghames worked in the asset management, audit and banking industries in Europe and the Middle East.

In addition to his Master’s degree in applied economics and international affairs from Paris Dauphine University and his executive education in advanced valuation from INSEAD Business School, Mr. Meghames studied micro-econometrics and competition economics at the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics. Mr. Meghames is also a lecturer at Paris Dauphine University, where he co-teaches a graduate course on the economics of globalization and international business strategies.
