Ralph Meghames provides best-in-class advice in valuation, intellectual property and transfer pricing matters. His work spans a plethora of industries for which he has provided economic expertise in the context of advisory services as well as in disputes, litigation, and international arbitration. He has extensive experience designing and implementing complex systems and models driving the allocation of profits within multinational companies. Mr. Meghames is recognized as a leading corporate tax expert by Who’s Who Legal.
Mr. Meghames leads projects involving assets and company valuation; quantification of damages arising from commercial disputes; intellectual property mapping and analysis and valuation; transaction pricing for products and services; and pricing of financial instruments. He also has experience in assisting with contract negotiations in relation to remuneration clauses.
As a quantum expert, Mr. Meghames’ work in international arbitration includes shareholders’ disputes, assessment of damages, pricing analysis, and causation analysis. The expert reports he has contributed to have been instrumental in testimonies before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Mr. Meghames is a frequent lecturer at Paris Dauphine University, and at Vienna University of Economics and Business. Prior to joining NERA, Mr. Meghames worked in the asset management, audit, and banking industries in Europe and the Middle East.
