An international summit where lawyers and consultants from Japan, China, Singapore, U.S. and Europe, who specialize in antitrust law, spoke on various topics. Hiroaki Ishigaki, Representative of the NERA Tokyo Office, participated as a speaker and panelist to talk about best practice in regard to merger regulation and how to respond to compliance and regulatory requirements. He presented a lecture on the topic of “An Economist’s Tips for Antitrust Merger Review Response — Hints for In-house Counsels” and took part in a panel on “Compliance and Regulatory Issues for International Companies—Best Practice Advice for In-house Counsel.”
