Hiroaki Ishigaki, Representative of the NERA Tokyo Office, participated as a speaker and panelist to talk about best practice in regard to merger regulation and how to respond to compliance and regulatory requirements. He presented a lecture on the topic of “An Economist’s Tips for Antitrust Merger Review Response — Hints for In-house Counsels” and took part in a panel on “Compliance and Regulatory Issues for International Companies—Best Practice Advice for In-house Counsel.”
