On 16 January, Senior Managing Director Dr. Subbu Ramanarayanan will participate in the New York State Bar Association’s (NYSBA’s) Annual Meeting. In the session “New Merger Guidelines and HSR Form: New Era in Antitrust Enforcement?” Dr. Ramanarayanan and other panelists will discuss the agencies’ objectives in reformulating the merger guidelines and provide an economic and practitioner perspective on the significant changes from previous versions of the guidelines.
