On 28–29 May, Director Bruno Soria will speak at the 12th Latin America Congress on Digital Transformation hosted by ASIET, GSMA, and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Mexico City. Dr. Soria will speak in a panel discussion titled “Connectivity and Growth: Demystifying the Future of Networks.” This session will aim to identify the essential policy and regulatory choices needed to enhance connectivity and secure investment that fosters economic growth in telecommunications infrastructure in Latin America.

Dr. Soria will deliver the keynote speech “Contribution of the Entire Digital Ecosystem to the Sustainable Development of Telecommunications Infrastructure” during the panel discussion. He will be joined by GSMA Intelligence Head of Economic Analysis Pau Castells, Telefónica Hispam Director of Public Policies Ana Velero, Peru Ministry of Transport and Communications Director General Fiorella Rossana Moschella Vidal, Millicom Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Institutional Relations Karim Lesina, and Asomóvil Colombia President Samuel Hoyos.
