On 9 September, Director Adrien Cervera-Jackson will participate in CompLaw: Summer School hosted by Informa. In the “Crucial Economic Considerations in Article 102 Cases” session, he will cover the rationale for effects-based enforcement and key economic concepts and principles of the Commission’s enforcement guidelines. Mr. Cervera-Jackson will also review key cases, discuss the as-efficient competitor test, explore alleged abuses in the pharmaceutical sector, and dig into the challenges of developing workable compliance principles.
