On 9 December, Director Dan Greenfield will participate in the 9th Midstream Oil & Gas Law Conference. Dr. Greenfield will speak in the panel “Antitrust and Energy in the Second Trump Administration,” analyzing early antitrust enforcement trends in the second Trump administration and discussing recent precedents, statements, and indications of the current federal enforcement posture. The panel will also offer guidance and tips for getting strategic transactions in the energy space past federal regulators.
