On 6 November, Managing Director Andrew Stivers will will be joined by other senior industry leaders and AI and media experts as they explore the role of AI in the future of media at the “Re-Scripting Media Summit: A Thought Leadership Forum on the Role of AI in the Future of Media,” hosted by Marsh .
Dr. Stivers will discuss risks arising from the implementation of artificial intelligence in consumer-facing applications, including consumer data privacy concerns, the use of AI in consumer-facing customer service, and AI’s role in the generation and personalization of consumer-facing content.
