On 14 October, Senior Managing Director David Matthew will participate in the 6th Annual UK Class Actions Forum. He will speak on the panel “A Year in Review from the CAT: Key Cases and Updates,” discussing key judgments and their implications for future cases, the treatment of expert evidence and economic modelling, and procedural trends.
The forum aims to bring together experts with experience on the claimant and defendant sides of key cases. It covers the main types of group litigation, including CPO, GLO, and CPR 19.8 actions, alongside landmark cases such as Kent v. Apple and Interchange.
