On 19 March, Managing Director Fernando Jiménez will participate in the ICC Spain Competition Day: Jornada Inaugural de la ICC Spain Competition Chapter hosted by the International Chamber of Commerce of Spain, Spanish Competition Authority, and Gómez-Acebo & Pombo. Mr. Jiménez will speak in the session “Control de Concentraciones,” analyzing the European Commission’s public consultation in the context of the ongoing review of the EU Merger Guidelines and the principles and criteria that should guide the future assessment of mergers at the EU and national levels.
