On 25 March, Senior Managing Director David Tabak will speak in the ISS Securities Class Action Services webinar “Estimating Settlement Sizes in Securities Cases” with Securities Analytics Research (SAR) CEO Nessim Mizrahi and ISS SCAS Head of Litigation Don Grunewald. The panel will focus on how to estimate the size of settlements in securities cases before the suit has been filed or while litigation is pending. Panelists will discuss why this information is important and various methods for obtaining estimates.
