NERA and Monckton Chambers are pleased to co-host the Eighth Annual UK Competition Litigation Conference on 3 December 2026 at the ME Hotel in London. The conference will once again bring together leading competition lawyers, King’s Counsel, academics, legal financiers, and economists to discuss significant developments in UK competition litigation.
The conference will feature two special guests. It will begin with a keynote address by the Right Honourable Lord Justice Green, Lord Justice of Appeal of the Court of Appeal of England and Wales. President of the Competition Appeal Tribunal the Honourable Justice Bacon DBE will join us for a fireside chat.
Recent cases and decisions, developments in subsidy control, and abuse of dominance will be among the key topics discussed during the panel presentations. Speakers will also consider how the UK compares with other jurisdictions and reflect on the issues likely to shape competition litigation in 2027.
NERA experts will bring their perspectives to four sessions throughout the day. Senior Managing Director David Matthew will join the “Key Cases of 2026” session, examining major competition litigation developments over the past year. Senior Consultant Hana Hammouda will participate in “The Subsidy Control Regime.” Director Adrien Cervera-Jackson will chair “Abuse of Dominance,” and Senior Managing Director Grant Saggers will chair the fireside chat with Mrs. Bacon.
