On 12 February, Director Adrien Cervera-Jackson will speak at the Irish Competition Law Forum in the session “Understanding Remedy Tools and Their Uses.” The session will explore the use of structural and behavioural remedies in cases, how remedies were implemented in recent experiences, regulatory guidance on remedies, and the role of monitoring trustees.
