NERA Managing Director Dr. Jeffrey A. Eisenach will be delivering the keynote speech at the Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA) luncheon in conjunction with its annual meeting. Dr. Eisenach’s remarks will follow a program that includes the announcement of the FCBA election results, a presentation of awards, and the recognition of FCBA Foundation scholarship and internship awardees. The title of Dr. Eisenach’s speech, “Telecommunications: The Transition From Regulation to Antitrust,” borrows from the title of a paper written by Dr. Alfred E. Kahn, a longtime NERA Special Consultant.
