With current and potential infrastructure competition in various areas, several questions have been raised regarding the regulation of fixed broadband.

On 28 July, Managing Director and Chair of NERA's Global Antitrust and Competition Practice James Mellsop will join David Clarkson of Ofcom, Deena Shiff of Marley Spoon AG and the Australian Broadband Advisory Council, and session chair Anna Brakey, commissioner of the ACCC, for an insightful panel discussion addressing the regulation of fixed broadband in the presence of infrastructure competition. The session is part of this year’s ACCC and AER regulatory conference, “Regulatory Evolution: Are New Tools Needed?”
