On Friday, 28 April at 10 am PDT, NERA Director Dr. Ling Ling Ang will participate in the ABA Business Law Section Spring Meeting. Dr. Ang will take part in the discussion “Big Players, Big Problems: The CFPB’s Attention on Market Dominance,” which will highlight recent examples of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s (CFPB’s) efforts to promote competition, protect markets, and ensure compliance with federal consumer financial laws.

The ABA Business Law Meeting will cover a range of topics related to business, law, and finance, including corporate governance, bankruptcy, AI, ESG investing, and antitrust and competition issues.
