On 18 September, Managing Director Nicola Tosini will participate in the next regional event of the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht in Berlin. In his presentation, Dr. Tosini will present the findings of “Ex Post Evaluation of the Implementation and Effectiveness of EU Antitrust Remedies,” a study prepared for DG Competition. The multidisciplinary study examines more than 100 European Commission decisions from the past 20 years, including 12 in-depth case studies, to assess the implementation and effectiveness of remedies under Articles 7 and 9 of Regulation 1/2003. It also contributes to the ongoing discussion on the revision of the EU antitrust procedural rules.
