On 10 September, Managing Director Hans-Martin Ihle will deliver a keynote at the 3rd 6G Spectrum for Tomorrow symposium in Taipei, Taiwan, hosted by the Telecom Technology Center. In “6G Spectrum Harmonization and Coexistence Policies in the Asia-Pacific Region,” Mr. Ihle will examine the four bands under consideration for 6G in the region (600 MHz, upper 6 GHz, 4.4–4.8 GHz, and 7.125–8.4 GHz), how 6G use can be coordinated with existing incumbents, and how administrations can use spectrum outlooks to coordinate their decisions in the absence of any binding regional instrument.
