On 18 September, Director Emilie Feyler will join the panel “Ex Ante Regulation: The Early Report Card,” at the 53rd Annual Fordham International Antitrust Law and Policy Conference. 

Dr. Feyler will discuss the economic rationale for ex ante regulation, its potential effects on competition and innovation, and whether the characteristics that have shaped regulation of traditional digital markets also apply to emerging AI markets.
