On 9 September, NERA Director Kristopher Hult,  Senior Consultant Veronica Postal, Holland & Knight Partners Robert S. Hill and Timothy Ray  will speak on the panel “Navigating Competition, Regulation, and Risk in the AI Economy.” 

The session will explore how AI-led economic and legal shifts are affecting the competition landscape. The panelists will also discuss potential trades in regulation, the kinds of business arrangements that may be impacted, and whether current regulatory frameworks can keep up with AI dynamics. The formal discussion will cover practical considerations for in-house counsel working to develop AI strategies and governance programs with an opportunity for Q&A.
