On 23 April, NERA will host the NextGen Antitrust Forum Spring Session, bringing together economists, lawyers, regulators, and academics interested in antitrust and competition policy for discussion and professional exchange. 
 
Senior Consultant Veronica Postal will join Proskauer Rose LLP Associate Shannon McGowan and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP Counsel Benjamin Salzer in a discussion titled “Talent Takeover: Navigating Acqui-Hires in the Era of AI.” Director Emilie Feyler will moderate the presentation, which will explore how competition for AI talent is shaping dealmaking and raising new questions for antitrust policy.
